 Momo Cotton Return Policy

 100 nights to decide – no tricks, just care.

We want you to fall in love with your Momo. That’s why we give you 100 days to feel the fabric, from the comfort of your home.

But let’s be clear and honest.

 

Hygiene Comes First

Our products — sheets, pillowcases, towels — are personal-use items. That means once they’ve been used or washed, they cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons. Not by law, and not in good conscience.

We kindly ask that you only return products that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. This is the only way we can give them a second life and avoid waste.

  • Bed linen: returns accepted up to 100 days after receiving your order
  • Towels: returns accepted up to 30 days after receiving your order

 

To be eligible for return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Not opened
  • New and unused
  • With all original tags
  • In original packaging
  • In perfect condition


How to Make a Return 

1. Check that the items are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

2. Contact us at info@momo-cotton.com with your order number, invoice, items to be returned, and the reason for the return (this helps us improve)

3. If there’s a defect, attach photos of the item(s), including a picture of the internal label showing the size

4. We will email you the return instructions and, if applicable, the return label

5. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days

 

Our team will respond with all necessary instructions for the return.

After we receive the items and confirm they meet the return conditions, your refund will be issued within 14 days.

Important: If the returned items do not meet the criteria above, we won’t be able to accept the return. If you wish to have the items sent back to you, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.


What We Cannot Accept

  • Washed or used items
  • Products not in or missing original packaging
  • Returns requested after the deadline

 We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Why This Policy?

Some brands advertise “100-night trials” — but hide the fine print.

We prefer to be transparent.

We want to do this responsibly — for you, for us, and for the planet.

Every returned product that we can’t resell ends up as waste. Let’s avoid that together.


When your order arrives, please inspect all items carefully. If you notice anything unusual, take photos and contact us right away at info@momo-cotton.com.
